Greg Patton (12U Blue Head Coach)
Coach Greg Patton is a former minor league infielder with the Boston Red Sox organization. A graduate of George Washington University, Coach Patton has a long history of involvement in youth sports in Arlington, including his work with the Arlington Sports Foundation and as a baseball coach at various age levels.

Chris Coldren (12U White Assistant Coach)
Coach Chris Coldren is a Pittsburgh, PA native living in the DC area for the last 20+ years. Married, and with 2 sons, he is a career enterprise software sales manager and holds both a bachelor's and master's degree.
Coach Chris played baseball, basketball, and football at Geibel Catholic High School, then continued his baseball playing career at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He spent time working with players from various high school baseball teams throughout college. Chris returned to baseball coaching in 2017 with Arlington Little League and remains an active volunteer and coach. He has coached youth at each level of ALL and assisted with the 11U District 4 All-Star team in Summer 2024. Joining the ATB staff in Spring 2022, he has assisted in the coaching of the 10U, 11U, and 12U White teams during that time. He is an assistant basketball coach for the middle school boys at St Thomas More in Arlington, an Eagle Scout, and is an adult leader for both a local Cub Scout pack and Boy Scout troop.
Glenn Swanson (11U Blue Head Coach)
Coach Glen Swanson is a career educator who has worked with alternative students in the District of Columbia as a teacher, principal, and school officer. He has successfully coached youth baseball and basketball in Arlington, Virginia since 1986. Elected to the Arlington Little League Hall of Fame in 1997, he has coached both all star and travel teams featuring multiple players who went on to receive All District and All Region honors while playing at Washington-Lee, Wakefield and Yorktown High Schools.
Coach Swanson has coached each age level with ATB, 9U-12U. He played both baseball and football at Hopkins Eisenhower HS in Minnesota. He moved to Washington, DC in 1979 to attend Georgetown University, where he played four years on the school rugby team and received his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees.
Thomas Orihuela (11U White Head Coach)
Rich Mandleur (10U White Head Coach)
Coach Rich Mandleur is the Assistant JV Baseball coach at Thomas Jefferson High School in Annandale. He began coaching baseball in 2008 in Falls Church Little League. He has since gone on to coach regular season and travel teams within ABR, ATB, ALL, and several independent travel teams at both 50/70 and 60/90. Coach Mandleur also coached several ALL 5070 District 4 Allstar teams including the first ever ALL team to win the D4 tournament and advance to States in 2015. He has also coached teams at Cooperstown Dreams Park for the past 4 summers- two of which advanced to the round of 32. Coach Mandleur is an Arlington Little League (ALL) Board Member, currently the acting Manager’s Committee Chair, and served in the role of Allstar Commissioner for two years prior.
