The Baseball Skills Academy (BSA) is open to rising 11U-14U players who are looking to develop higher level skills, broaden their understanding of both individual and team strategy, concepts, as well as individual skills at all positions and at the plate.

Week 2 August 9th – 13th

Some of the areas we will cover (depending on age groups):
-Throwing/Pitching Mechanics
-Hitting mechanics and strategy
-Fielding/glove work/footwork/
-Fielding Mechanics- cuts, routes, reads, 1st/3rd, bunt defense, PFs
-Base Running- steals, reads, leads
-Position specific skills
-Conditioning
-Daily Game to end the session
